1. Which country do you deliver to?
At present, we only support delivery to America. Delivery is not supported for the rest of the addresses.
2.How can I track my orders?
After the order is processed, we will send you an email to inform you of the mode of transportation and tracking number of the goods. Enter our tracking number into 17track.net/en, and you will see the transportation information and real-time location of the goods。If you can’t find the logistics information or the logistics information hasn’t been updated for a long time, please contact us by email. We will contact the carrier and feed back the latest logistics information to you in time.
3. How long will take for my order to be delivered?
We sell products provided by Chinese manufacturers. We will ship within 5 days you place your order ,it will ship from China and it usually takes 6-30 days to get your product.The shipping time consists of two sections:
- Processing Time: Verification of order details, sourcing, quality checks and packaging. All orders are dispatched from manufacturer within 5 days after the order is placed and the payment is received. (This process takes 1-5 days)
- Shipping Time: The time taken to arrive to destination after dispatch from our warehouses. (This process takes 5-25 days)
We use a high security checkout procedure on our site to protect both the customer and Yeesport. This extends our processing time to 5 days as we fully verify our customers and fulfil orders.
Following this your package will arrive between 5-25 business days depending on your geographic location and availability of stock.
NOTE : Above mentioned time in general. 99% of the order goods will arrive within one month after delivery. Your order may take longer to ship if:
- Customized products. In case of shortage of raw materials from manufacturers, it may take an extra week or two.
- Exclusive products. When the manufacturer is short of supply and the products are temporarily out of stock, it may take an extra week or two.
- Irresistible factors. The change of international logistics and transportation policy, customs control, war and other factors may cause the goods unable to be delivered. At this time, we will cancel the order and provide you with a full refund.
- Other possible causes.
4. Can I cancel my orders?
All orders are automatically processed and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. If order cancellation request is received within 24 hours of order placement AND the order hasn’t been shipped yet, we will cancel the order for you within one working day and full refund you. Once shipping arrangement is arranged, it cannot be cancelled.
5. Is the delivery service provided on Sunday and public holidays?
Sorry, we do not provide delivery service on Sunday and public holidays.

7. What can I do if I received a damaged or defective item(s)?
