⑴   What are the payment options?

We can only accept paypal payment now.

⑵ How do I make payments using PayPal?

PayPal is the easiest way to make payments online. Once you have finished adding items to your shopping cart and are ready to complete your transaction, you may click on the “PayPal” button. You will be redirected to the PayPal website. Be sure to fill in correct details for fast & hassle-free payment processing.

⑶ What are the fees I need to pay?

The fees you pay include the price of the goods and the freight. Please note that for orders with an amount below US $39.99, we will charge us $5.99 for freight. If the order cost exceeds US $39.99, we will not charge freight. We don't charge taxes within the United States. Our products are only sold in the United States.

⑷ How long does it take to get my products?

We will ship within 5 days. The goods will arrive within 12 to 30 days.

Please make sure you provide a detailed address and the email and phone number to contact you when you place the order.

⑸ How can I track my order?

A tracking number will be provided to you in your Shipping Confirmation email. You may use the number and track your order at www.17track.net.

⑹ What if I am not satisfied with the products I receive?

If you are not satisfied with the product you received, please email us the reason. It is better to attach a picture or video proof. Contact Email: yeesport01@gmail.com

If you are unable to use or inconvenient to use due to the quality of the product or the damage of the article, we will provide you with a full refund or send you a new product.

If you are not satisfied with the order due to other reasons, we will provide partial refund or resend the product or other compensation measures according to the situation.

We are more inclined to provide economic compensation to save you than to return goods. If you insist on returning the goods, please note that the buyer shall bear the return freight.

⑺ How to return the item?

You may contact us by email yeesport01@gmail.com telling us the reason why you wanna return the product and ask us for a return address.

If there is a quality problem with the product, we will resend it or provide you with a full refund directly. At this time, you do not need to return the product.

If you want a refund for any other reason, please note that the freight for the return will be borne by the buyer.

⑻ When can I ask for a refund?

If the product you purchased is out of stock, we will give you a full refund within five working days.

If the product you purchased has quality problems, we will provide you with a full refund, in which case you do not need to return the product.

If you want to refund for other reasons, please let us know the reason by email:yeesport.com. We will try our best to solve it for you. We can provide partial refund or other economic compensation. You can also ask for a full refund after returning. Please note that there is no quality defect in the product, and the refund freight shall be borne by the buyer.

⑼ What is your cancellation policy?

All orders are automatically processed and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed.  If order cancellation request is received within 24 hours of order placement AND the order hasn't been shipped yet, we will cancel the order for you within one working day and full refund you. . Once shipping arrangement is arranged, it cannot be cancelled.
